Fred Willman

Fred Willman has over 20 years experience in leadership positions for a Fortune 250 organization. As he added an Executive Life Coaching certification, it was obvious that his coaching skills are helpful across all areas of change. When a coach knows how to listen well, question intuitively, chart a plan of action and motivate — well, that’s what works!

Fred provides leadership coaching for new manager immersion training, client relationship strategy, and general manager development. His robust experience training high-level executives within a large organization makes him aware and qualified to coach with corporate leaders, to transform from good to great. Fred’s experience and sharpened focus give his business clients the confidence of someone who knows their industry, along with the expertise of a trained coach who will not become an obstacle to their own exploration.

As a life coach, Fred has a passion for inspiring commitment to helping others grow. When life balance, clarity, or focus are a challenge in any aspect of living, Fred’s intuitive listening combines with the 45 Degrees Coaching model to set a vision for the future, create manageable action steps, and serve as an accountability partner for successful results.

Fred is involved with speaking and fundraising efforts for nonprofit organizations including Make-A-Wish, Feed My Starving Children, and the Junior Diabetes Research Foundation. He is also a member of the Strategic Account Management Association, Intermodal Association of North America, and Walker’s Leadership and Business Consultancy. Fred is a dedicated volunteer and has served various organizations including Junior Achievement, eMentor (mentorship for high school students), Store to Door, and Coffee for Caring.​
