If you've ever watched a training at 1.5x speed or sat through a course where the facilitator never learned your name, you already know what the CIA is not. It's a three-month Cohort where leaders and coaches do the work together, in real time, with real people. You'll shift how you see yourself, how you lead, and how you connect with the people around you.

This is the CIA. Membership begins with a three-month Cohort. When your Cohort ends you continue as a CIA Member, staying connected through CIA Circles: member-led sessions built for ongoing practice, collaboration, and connection.

Past members leave more grounded, more themselves, and with tools they use immediately.
