Boot Camp is where your CIA membership begins.

Discover 45° coaches innovative “out of the norm” facilitation strategies in the 3-month CIA Boot Camp. Through virtual large and small group sessions, you'll strengthen 6 core competencies to make the most of your 90,000 lifetime work hours and help others do the same.

• Build authentic connections, engage in creative collaboration, and illuminate personal insights in large group sessions (max 15 people).

• Learn the research & tools to implement coaching exercises in your own business, team, and life.

• Reflect & connect in structured small group sessions  (2-3 people).​​
