About the event
If you've ever watched a training at 1.5x speed or sat through a course where the facilitator never learned your name, you already know what the CIA is not. It's a three-month cohort where leaders and coaches do the work together, in real time, with real people. You'll shift how you see yourself, how you lead, and how you connect with the people around you.
This is the CIA. Membership begins with a three-month cohort of six intimate Cohort Sessions and six Bench Sessions. Each one builds on the last. Past members leave more grounded, more themselves, and with tools they use immediately.
What you'll explore:
1. Empowerment: Empowerment doesn't happen in a vacuum. This session puts you in a space where you experience it firsthand and learn how to create that for others.
